Refund Policy

Important Note

Due to the nature of digital goods, most transactions are final once the product is delivered.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, because we deal in digital game credits and vouchers, once a code has been redeemed or credits delivered to an account, we cannot reverse the transaction.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product was out of stock after payment was made.
  • The user was charged, but the order was not processed due to a technical error.
  • Delivery has not been initiated within 24 hours of the order.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You provided the wrong Player ID or User ID.
  • You changed your mind after the purchase.
  • The product has already been delivered successfully.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method or your wallet balance.
